Help You Understand Copy Right Understanding Of the Web

Since Technology is so advance and new, many people do not know how to Copy Right or Cite correctly... Which I am one of those. So after view my Technology Base Education Class, I have learned so New Ways and things I did not know Before, Therefore I want to share and help those who need correct guidance and ways to teach the correct Web use.

  Search for Copyrighted Pictures
  Ways to help narrow the responsible research of reuse and copyright pictures
         * Advance Search Under Goggle for reuse and title Labeled for REUSE
             Usage rights are found under licence type in the advance search.

A check List and ways to find out the laws in the Website Above
Four Keys to help guide you in the right direction....

*(1) The purpose of the use.
 *(2) The nature of the work used. 
*(3) The amount and substantial of the work used.
*(4) The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the work used.

When you are Googling pictures, Do Google  Advanced and fill in the key elements, it will help keep your pictures and images on the correct path, with Copy Right  and Plagiarizer .


Do You Always Need to Obtain Permission?
Those familiar with fair use know that it is always up to a court of law to determine its applicability in any one situation.  As such if you need reassurance or are in doubt, it is always best to obtain permission.  There are a few circumstances when you do not need permission.  If the image you are using is in the public domain, a U.S. federal government image , or the copyright owner has clearly and reliably stated that you may freely use the image without obtaining permission.

Evaluating Web Context and Properly Use cited...
       Always try to do these thing correctly, therefore avoiding PLAGIARISM!
Always give credit to websites and Arthur's of information, pictures, and data.
